The Marketing Director reports to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and partners closely with executive leadership, medical staff, clinical leaders, and operational teams to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that support growth, brand positioning, and patient engagement. Serving as a strategic bridge between Aspen Valley Health and the broader community, this role ensures all marketing initiatives align with AVH's mission, values, strategy, and brand standards while driving community awareness and organizational visibility. The Director fosters a collaborative, agile, and high-performing team culture through effective people leadership, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, accountability, performance management, and professional development, while also improving operational efficiency, accelerating execution, and ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, responsive, and aligned with organizational priorities.
