The Director, Marketing and Communications is accountable for the development and direction of media strategies and communications plans to ensure all communications are fully aligned with the strategic positioning of the organization. He/She is actively engaged with the vice president, marketing and communications and the company’s executive vice president in the planning and execution of the organization’s comprehensive communications and marketing strategy. He/She supports strategic planning, execution and content management for NIB’s corporate meetings and conferences including two large national events.
