  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise marketing workflows and metrics (CRM/lifecycle, paid media, funnels, attribution, attrition, LTV, ROAS, retention, etc.), and the ability to decompose them into automatable agent tasks and analytics problems.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and a product mindset, with high comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Ability to explain what agents and analytics can and cannot do, design human-in-the-loop workflows and guardrails, and clearly articulate analytical assumptions, limitations, and implications.
  • Proven ability to quantify impact (e.g., time saved, uplift, incremental revenue) and link analytic outcomes and AI interventions to business value.

Nice To Haves

  • It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrate experience and proficiency in articulating business outcomes and benefits with senior leadership across a wide variety of technical domains (i.e., agent delivery, intermediate-to-advanced analytic frameworks, KPIs, scorecard development, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts with marketing leaders and key partners to identify repeatable analytic and AI workflows that can be partially or fully automated (e.g., audience-building, campaign QA, creative testing, budget adjustments, insights synthesis), including identify analytical questions and decision points within these workflows.
  • Translate high-level marketing goals into agent tasks, analytical requirements, tools, and guardrails, and co-define success metrics (e.g., time saved, performance uplift, error reduction, user satisfaction) to ensure they are analytically sound, consistently measured, and aligned with enterprise scorecards.
  • Translate analytical findings and agent-generated insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketers and senior leadership, including narratives tailored to non-technical audiences by designing analytic and agent frameworks that analyze campaign performance, identify anomalies, and recommend tests.
  • Suggest audience segments, messaging variants, or channel mix changes.
  • Summarize drivers of performance using intermediate-to-advanced analytic techniques (e.g., cohort analysis, funnels, contribution analysis, basic modeling, etc.).
  • Drive organizational change and adoption of AI- and analytics-powered marketing.
  • Lead pilots, gather structured feedback, and rapidly iterate agents and analytics solutions.
  • Help marketers understand when to trust agents vs. when to override.
  • How to provide effective feedback to improve agent and model performance.
  • How to interpret analytics, scorecards, and KPIs produced by or impacted by agents.
  • Act as an analytics and AI thought partner to marketing leaders, helping them frame business questions, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions enabled by AI and analytics.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional working groups spanning various marketing functions and capabilities.
  • Set priorities for multiple functional teams and be accountable for allocation of underlying resources.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for marketing AI agents, experimentation, and analytics usage.
