About The Position

Research Partnership (part of Inizio Ignite) is a global leader in pharmaceutical market research and consulting, with over 250 professionals across multiple international locations. Our custom research team collaborates with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, employing innovative qualitative and quantitative techniques to address marketing, brand, advertising, and communications challenges. This role offers the opportunity to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape, work with senior researchers, and utilize a comprehensive suite of research tools. Studies are typically multi-market, involving Europe, North America, and Emerging Markets, providing exposure to diverse healthcare systems and cultural approaches to enhance the delivery of impactful, commercially-relevant insights.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative custom primary market research projects.
  • Experience in the life sciences sector.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience driving revenue growth to meet business development goals.
  • Proven project supervision skills.
  • Appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in qualitative market research methodologies, including advanced moderation techniques, and delivering actionable insights across diverse markets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics, SPSS, SAS, and/or Q is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and project teams, serving as the main client contact.
  • Write and deliver client presentations.
  • Line manage multiple individuals, including conducting appraisals, pay reviews, performance monitoring, personal development, staff training, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement internal company procedures.
  • Engage in business development and sales initiatives, aiming to generate approximately $1m in annual revenue.
  • Write proposals to secure new business, considering timelines and calculating research costs in collaboration with VPs and operations.
  • Participate in talent acquisition and assess potential new staff.
