About The Position

The Director, M&A Integration & PMO serves as a critical leader supporting the CFO and executive leadership team in the execution of the company’s acquisition strategy and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for leading integration efforts and establishing a disciplined enterprise PMO that ensures alignment, execution rigor, and value realization across M&A and strategic initiatives in the company. The Director partners closely with business leaders to integrate acquired businesses, capture synergies, and drive operational and financial performance improvements, ensuring acquisitions deliver on their strategic and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in M&A integration, Corporate strategy, Finance transformation or consulting
  • Proven experience leading integrations and enterprise-level programs.
  • Demonstrated success operating at the CFO / ELT level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration (PMI) planning and execution for all acquisitions.
  • Partner with Corporate Development and the CFO to translate deal theses into integration roadmaps and value capture plans.
  • Establish and manage integration governance structures, including steering committees and functional workstreams for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and Commercial functions.
  • Identify risks, interdependencies, and critical path items; proactively drive mitigation actions.
  • Define and track financial and operational synergies, including cost savings, revenue opportunities, and working capital improvements.
  • Partner with FP&A and Finance leadership to ensure integration impacts are reflected in forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Drive accountability across functional leaders for synergy delivery and integration milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to the CFO and ELT on progress, risks, and value realization.
  • Establish and lead a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) supporting M&A and enterprise strategic initiatives through partnership and influence with functional and business stakeholders.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization and global, cross-functional resource alignment across key initiatives.
  • Implement robust status tracking, reporting, and escalation protocols.
  • Lead complex, global, cross-functional initiatives tied to M&A integrations, operating model alignment, and systems integration (ERP, reporting, workflows).
  • Ensure initiatives align with enterprise strategy and CFO priorities.
  • Drive decision-making velocity and remove execution barriers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders and functional executives.
  • Deliver clear, concise executive communications on integration progress and PMO portfolio performance.
  • Facilitate senior-level decision forums and alignment sessions.
  • Define transformation success metrics and track ROI.
  • Establish program management discipline across transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit expectations.
  • Serve as a primary execution partner to the CFO on strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
  • Drive accountability, transparency, and rigor across all integration efforts.
  • Ensure the organization realizes the full strategic and financial value of acquisitions.
  • Build scalable, repeatable PMI and PMO capabilities for future growth.
  • Strengthen alignment between strategy, finance, and execution.
