As Director, Lifecycle Marketing (B2C) , you will lead Trend Micro’s global online field marketing team to design and scale world-class lifecycle marketing programs. From acquisition to onboarding, engagement, and renewal, you will create personalized, data-driven experiences that help customers confidently protect themselves and their families with our cybersecurity solutions. Your mission is to deepen product adoption, strengthen engagement, and drive long-term customer retention and lifetime value. This is a high-impact global leadership role with direct responsibility across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. You will guide regional teams, shape long-term strategy, and ensure Trend Micro maximizes the value of its lifecycle marketing investments. Partnering with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Consumer Leadership, you’ll bring together strategy, data, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. Success requires strategic vision, strong analytical and data fluency, and the ability to inspire teams through clarity, focus, and continuous improvement.
