This leadership role is critical to the Customer and Agent Experience within the New Business area of the Customer Innovation Group (CIG). The Director will partner with other teams across multiple locations to provide strategy, direction, leadership, and management. The position leads several teams on the Addison, Texas Campus, including Team Managers and Case Managers, supporting key distribution relationships. Activities span from application submission to policy contract issuance. The role requires an onsite work schedule, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), though this schedule is subject to change.
