About The Position

As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, the Director, Lending and MR will lead a team responsible for all referral marketing programs while partnering closely with the Sales organization to drive growth in our Commercial business through hybrid marketing and Corporate Card acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Canadian market, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively lead and develop a high-performing team of marketers. They will bring a competitive, results-driven mindset and will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through the acquisition of new customers across our Consumer and Commercial Card portfolios.
