The Director of Learning & Development, Associate and Sales Development leads Walmart Connect's internal capability and sales enablement programs. The Director oversees all learning programs spanning associate development, onboarding, leadership development, and sales enablement, ensuring they are strategically aligned with Walmart Connect's business priorities. By combining learning strategy, data-driven design, and performance analytics, this leader ensures the training and education team delivers measurable impact, equipping associates to grow, sellers to perform, and partners to thrive. This role leads a team of learning designers and facilitators and partners cross-functionally to create scalable, engaging, and outcome-based learning programs that accelerate performance and drive business success.
