About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, Lead Data & Analytics Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to architect and develop scalable distributed platform systems. Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing applications. Write code, conduct code reviews, and test software. Contribute to application architecture and design, and other phases of the Software development life cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study
Five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Software Developer, Technology Lead, I.T. Analyst, or a closely related occupation
Five (5) years of experience with Software Design and Development on Linux and Windows platforms
Five (5) years of experience developing software using C++, Python, Perl, and SQL
Five (5) years of experience with relational databases including Sybase, Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL
Five (5) years of experience developing and deploying micro services using CI/CD pipelines and tools
Five (5) years of experience with containerization tools including Docker or Podman
Five (5) years of experience designing high-performance and scalable transaction processing systems
Two (2) years of experience with Go-Lang.
