About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, Lead Cybersecurity Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to architect, test, integrate, and deploy Web Proxy technologies. Work alongside the wider organization’s security experts to implement policy-based solutions. Research industry best practices and future technologies with a view on how they could improve our current security posture. Interface with technical vendor subject matter experts and internal squads to ensure the delivery of high-quality secure solutions. Train squad personnel and application support groups on newly delivered solutions. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Consultant, Technical Lead, Engineer, or a related role in the technology field
  • Five (5) years of experience with Zscaler or Netskope
  • Five (5) years of experience with Deployment and migration in Cloud Security products including Netskope, Zscaler or Palo Alto
  • Five (5) years of experience with Cloud gateway
  • Five (5) years of experience with CASB design and Zero Trust architecture and deployment
  • Five (5) years of experience with DevOps operations
  • Five (5) years of experience with Data Loss prevention (DLP) and its practical implementations
  • Five (5) years of experience with Data protection practices, including Data At Rest, In Use, and In Motion and their practical implementations
  • Five (5) years of experience with Web security and cyber-attack vectors
  • Five (5) years of experience Operating in large, siloed enterprise environments
  • Five (5) years of experience Supporting business operations, migration, and integration support on multi-flavor proxy environments
  • Five (5) years of experience Handling both On-Prem and Cloud proxies in enterprise environments
  • Five (5) years of experience Handling changes, incidents and tasks, internal problem records including Jira, and external ServiceNow platform
  • Five (5) years of experience Integrating external services with proxies via ICAP, proxy chaining, and service offloads
  • Five (5) years of experience with Cloud security experience including Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Amazon Web Services Cloud
  • Five (5) years of experience Mitigating web malware
  • Five (5) years of experience with Linux
  • Five (5) years of experience with Web protocols including TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol), SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and TLS (Transport Layer Security)
  • Five (5) years of experience Dissecting all 7 layers of the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) stack
  • Five (5) years of experience Working in DMZ (demilitarized zone) environments including hardware load-balancing, firewalls, and multi-tiered architectures
