Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role serves as a strategic advisor and operating leader who translates enterprise and technology priorities into an aligned roadmap, governed investment portfolio, and measurable execution plan. The role drives planning, leadership cadences, executive decision support, and cross-functional alignment so the CTO and technology leadership team can focus on the highest-value priorities. The Director leads functional leaders and teams responsible for enterprise portfolio, program, and project management; technology financial governance; ITGC and SOX coordination; operational excellence; quality assurance; and executive operations. The role establishes clear standards, decision forums, performance expectations, and reporting disciplines that improve delivery predictability, financial control, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and value realization. The Director partners with DKT leadership, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Procurement, HR, Legal, business leaders, and delivery teams. The role also supports Board and executive communications, strategic partnerships, and technology planning for mergers and acquisitions, requiring strong business acumen, organizational agility, and comfort operating in a dynamic environment.
