About The Position
At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. PAM Health has over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people across the country. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of IT services, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing service performance, and implementing best practices in IT service management (ITSM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related field preferred.
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy or another ITSM Tool.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management, including service delivery, incident management, change management and problem management.
Nice To Haves
- ITIL Certification preferred.
