About The Position

Genpact is seeking a Director, IT Risk Management to lead solution offerings primarily related to IT-SOX. This role involves managing IT risk and compliance, including IT SOX, IT-IA, ITRM framework design, and IT controls review. The position also requires deep experience in ERP Controllership, particularly with SAP and Oracle ERP controls, pre- and post-implementation audits, and SAP GRC/Oracle GRC SOD Access controls. Additionally, the role encompasses IT Security/Cyber responsibilities, such as cyber security framework design/review, cyber defense strategy, various cyber audits and security assessments, threat modeling, SOC reviews, and experience with technologies like cryptography, DLP, and IAM. Other responsibilities include TPRM, infosec programs and audits, and BCP and DR advisory and reviews.

Responsibilities

• IT Risk management and compliance: IT SOX IT-IA ITRM framework design IT controls review (plus specific experience in IT compliance areas such as HI Trust HIPPA PCI-DSS or data privacy regulations)
• ERP Controllership: Deep experience in SAP Oracle ERP controls pre-post implementation audits SAP GRC/ Oracle GRC SOD Access controls SOX testing in ERP
• IT Security/ Cyber: Cyber security framework design/ review cyber defense strategy conducting various types of cyber audits and security assessments (e.g. - VA/ PT) across the technology stack threat modelling SOC reviews Red team.
• Experience in some specific technology like cryptography DLP IAM etc
• Others: TPRM infosec programs and audits BCP and DR advisory and reviews SAM
