Requirements

Master of modern technology with deep hands-on experience implementing innovative systems
Extensive leadership experience across IT or Engineering in high-growth environments
Pragmatic judgment around architecture and system design with the ability to balance speed, scalability, security, and employee experience
Demonstrated ability to tackle a broad range of business challenges, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to direct system engineering and delivery
Outstanding business partnership skills, capable of excellent storytelling, problem solving, and transparent communications
Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and setting a high bar for quality and reliability
High EQ and deep care for employee experience
Adept at finding creative solutions that balance business needs with removing friction for employees
Think and act like a CFO: highly skilled at financial analysis; strong business acumen; high integrity stewardship of the company’s finances
