About The Position

Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for Investor Relations and general Finance activities and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical device industry, including business development, corporate strategy or upstream market research.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in investor relations, preferably including Wall Street-facing experience such as investor meetings and/or presentations at investor conferences or related responsibilities.
  • Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, particularly for corporate presentations and for investor, physician and industry expert interactions.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, understand accounting and develop financial models.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with personnel across all levels of the organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares investor communication materials including corporate presentation, fact sheet, press releases, quarterly earnings scripts and Q&A.
  • Develops and maintains guidance models and tools to support quarterly earnings call and guidance preparations.
  • Researches competitor companies and competitive offerings. Completes analysis of the company’s end markets, market share, competitive position, reimbursement status and clinical and economic outcomes.
  • Supports CFO and other executives in preparation for investor conferences, meetings and events. Maintains investor contact database and investor meeting notes.
  • Presents and holds 1x1 meetings at investor conferences.
  • Meets current & prospective investors on non-deal road shows.
  • Maintain existing relationships with sell-side research analysts. Independently engage with coverage analysts to answer questions and share company news.
  • Develop relationships with sell-side research analysts with goal of having them launch coverage of LMAT.
  • Plans, prepares for and executes analyst days.
  • Supports Annual Plan process and links annual plan to guidance and investor communications.
  • Performs financial analysis to understand key business drivers and quarterly performance.
  • Supports CFO with financial models, research and ad hoc projects.
  • Supports M&A analysis, research and modeling.
  • Supports capital markets activities, including debt and equity offerings.
