Turing is hiring a leader on its Finance team to own inorganic growth and capital markets strategy. The role owns M&A end to end, builds and runs strategic investment activity, and establishes the investor relations and IPO-readiness function. It is a function-building role with direct exposure to the CFO, CEO, and board, intended to shape Turing’s acquisition and investment strategy, capital allocation, and investor narrative as the company prepares for the public markets. The Director will build investor positioning, metrics, and messaging for current and prospective investors; support financing rounds, cap-table strategy, and board and shareholder communications; and lead investor relations programs across finance, legal, and operations. The role also oversees the M&A lifecycle, including thesis development and sourcing, valuation and modeling, diligence, negotiation, and closing; codifies a repeatable M&A playbook and pipeline; and partners with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders on build-buy-partner decisions and post-close integration. The role partners with the CFO and Strategic Finance on companywide planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives, translating market and competitive intelligence into recommendations for the executive team. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The annual base salary range is $230,000–$310,000, with eligibility for variable compensation, equity, and additional benefits.
