About The Position

The FI Organization is seeking a Director, ETF Investment Analysis. In this role you will partner with our team of sales professionals, investment strategists, and relationship managers to help grow Fidelity’s ETF market share within the advisor-sold channel. To do so, you will leverage deep subject matter expertise in conducting product, market, and competitive analysis for ETF investments across multiple structures and assets. You will coordinate the execution across marketing, sales, asset management, analytics, and market readiness to deliver these relevant insights to our clients. The team supports all channels including broker-dealer, RIA, banking, and insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of investment product, sales, or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Technical expertise in investment analytics, performance analysis, reporting, market data charting and provisioning, and communications.
• Experience in creating compelling and action-inducing stories using data and analytics, including investment insights, thought-leadership, and marketing materials.
• Ability to work across a complex, matrixed organization to meet business partners’ needs and collaborate to advance business strategic priorities.
• Ability to build internal partnerships and relationships in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
