Director Integrated Cloud Consulting AI Lead and Delivery Factory To address the most critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP established the Integrated Cloud Consulting (IC) practice to unify our capabilities serving the cloud and infrastructure platform needs of our clients. This group will lead a wider delivery capability within RSM across all services. We are seeking an highly qualified individual to spearhead ensuring all aspects of our design and build leverage AI and a sustainable delivery construct. The goal is to raise our sales, revenue and brand by providing more relevant and combined solutions to upmarket clients. The cloud professional services market is widely projected to double over 5 years, giving RSM an unprecedented opportunity to grow revenue. This needs to be done utilizing repeatable processes to maximize efficiency and the creation of assets. Metrics : IC Pipeline, Margin, customer success metrics. AI Assets built. The successful candidate will have solid working knowledge application modernization challenges and patterns, cloud architecture models, leading vendor products and solutions, cloud technology trends, security design and the practical assessment and application of AI/Automation capabilities. The candidate will also possess strong leadership traits and exhibit a proven track record of developing, launching and operating consulting advisory practices. The candidate will work with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendors, and championing the cloud practice throughout the Firm, including significant interactions with RSM’s AI capability leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and 10+ years of related work experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
Willingness and ability to travel
Strong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business
Curiosity about business and technology; motivated with a desire to learn
Strong Knowledge of one of the following industries would be advantageous: Financial Services Technology Manufacturing Energy
Application Modernization and Migration: Strong understanding of cloud-native, modern and legacy application portfolios and experience with migration strategies.
Cloud Platform Expertise: Able to articulate cloud strategy and understand existing client architectures and propose new or improved solutions across platforms. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP or OCI would be useful.
Infrastructure and Architecture: Strong foundation with on-premises infrastructure, data center strategy and operations.
AI, Automation and DevSecOps: Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, configuration management, observability and DevSecOps practices. Strong foundation with the latest LLM Models, Code creation and management, artifact creation. Understanding of latest news and positions of various AI vendors, Experts and other commentators.
Hands-on experience using one or more of CoPilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic and other related AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy and delivery within the Integrated Cloud practice.
Work with service line leaders to unify delivery capabilities with relation to cross-service IC delivery.
Develop repeatable solutions and assets to analyze client infrastructure, create cloud migration roadmaps and execute deliverables.
Design, implement and support delivery of internal IP.
Understand common cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) including platform types (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and emerging AI toolsets.
