About The Position

The Director, Institutional Health is a strategic leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Integrity’s institutional Medicare distribution strategy across financial institutions and enterprise partners. This role partners closely with executive leadership across Health, Wealth, Life, and Annuities to drive integrated solutions that expand market share, deepen partner retention, and position Integrity as the preferred Medicare solution provider. This leader owns the institutional growth strategy—from identifying and securing new partnerships to expanding existing relationships and ensuring scalable, high-quality execution of the Medicare client journey. The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling value for institutional partners.

Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in institutional distribution, financial services, insurance, or Medicare solutions.
Proven experience managing and growing enterprise-level partnerships.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Deep understanding of wealth management, advisor ecosystems, or Medicare (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a matrixed environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline and operational awareness.
Experience building scalable growth strategies and driving revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead Institutional Growth Strategy: Define and execute a scalable strategy to grow Medicare distribution within institutional channels (e.g., wealth firms, RIAs, broker-dealers). Identify high-value market opportunities and prioritize partnerships based on strategic growth potential.
Executive Relationship Ownership: Build, own, and deepen relationships with senior leaders at institutional partners (e.g., Edward Jones, Merrill, Morgan Stanley, Raymond James). Serve as the executive point of contact for key partnerships, ensuring alignment, trust, and long-term value creation.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary connector across Health, Wealth, Life, and Annuities distribution channels to deliver integrated solutions. Influence and align internal stakeholders (Presidents, CDO, Managing Partners, Institutional leadership) on growth priorities and execution plans.
Solution Design & Delivery: Shape and communicate end-to-end Medicare solutions, including referral models, advisor engagement strategies, and service delivery (virtual, call center, hybrid). Guide partners on build vs. outsource decisions, positioning Integrity’s offering as a turnkey, client-centric solution.
Advisor & Client Experience Optimization: Ensure a seamless Medicare client journey from referral through enrollment. Drive clarity on roles, handoffs, and service expectations to reduce friction and maximize partner confidence.
Operational Readiness & Scale: Partner with operations and service teams to ensure infrastructure can support referral volume and growth. Establish scalable processes and performance metrics to monitor success and continuously improve delivery.
Market Education & Thought Leadership: Educate institutional partners on Medicare trends, carrier selection, and planning strategies. Position Integrity as a trusted advisor and industry leader in Medicare integration within financial planning.
Performance Accountability: Own revenue growth tied to institutional Medicare distribution. Track key performance metrics (partner activation, referral flow, conversion rates, retention) and adjust strategy as needed.
