About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and agile Director of Sales to join our company. As the Director of Sales, you will be accountable for guiding our inside sales team and driving revenue growth by setting and achieving long-term sales goals while fostering a culture of empathy, motivation, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
  • Effective in motivating and inspiring a diverse team with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation aptitude, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset, effective in leveraging data and insights to make informed choices to help achieve long-term sales goals.
  • Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset to contribute to overall company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate the Sales Executive to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives.
  • Direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services.
  • Drive new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed choices and enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Adhere to sales business rules, practices, and policies for sales territories.
