Requirements

  • Min 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors’ Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
  • Advanced networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing).
  • Proven experience debugging complex systems and environments.
  • Experience leading high-severity incident response.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Hybrid cloud and mainframe exposure.
  • Experience with DR, resiliency, and cyber recovery strategies.
  • Familiarity with failure mode analysis and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide triage and resolution of critical infrastructure incidents.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMEA).
  • Define and implement resiliency strategies and DR/OR validation.
  • Provide cross-domain consulting across cloud, network, middleware, and compute.
  • Establish deep debugging practices across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and lead a SWAT engineering organization.
  • Define strategic and tactical remediation roadmaps.
  • Build and manage a high-performing SWAT team of senior engineers.
  • Mentor and develop cross-domain technical expertise.
  • Lead incident bridges and executive escalations.
  • Foster a culture of rapid response, accountability, and engineering excellence.
