About The Position

This role leads the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of infrastructure solutions within a defined technology domain, while driving alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management. The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.
4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.

Nice To Haves

Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems.
Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
ITIL or similar framework experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
