The Director, Infrastructure Construction is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, financial performance, and growth of Telamon’s ILA infrastructure construction business. This role provides executive oversight for the construction and integration of ILA shelter deployments for long-haul fiber networks and related civil construction projects supporting telecommunications infrastructure. The Director manages the full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning through equipment integration, commissioning, warranty, and final project closeout. The Director owns the operational profit and loss performance of the ILA Construction business, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, forecasting, cost-to-complete, cash-flow performance, and backlog conversion. The role is accountable for identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions necessary to achieve financial and operational commitments. The Director is accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. The role exercises authority over staffing, resource allocation, subcontractor performance, project execution, and pricing or contracting decisions within established approval guidelines. The Director builds strong customer relationships, develops high-performing subcontractor and internal teams, and drives operational excellence and sustainable business growth. This role partners closely with Engineering, Estimating, Finance, Supply Chain, Safety, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful project execution, sound financial management, and long-term business growth.
