At the Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF), technology and information are essential to advancing our mission to conserve and inspire the conservation of Canada's wildlife and habitats. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations and CFO, the Director, Information Management and Technology provides operational leadership for the organization's information management and technology functions, ensuring our people have the secure, reliable, and effective systems, data, and digital tools they need to deliver meaningful conservation outcomes. The Director leads the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of CWF's information management and technology environment, including information management practices, technology infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, collaboration tools, and user support. Working closely with leaders and staff across the organization, the Director implements technology priorities, modernizes systems and processes, strengthens information governance, and enables technology solutions that improve collaboration, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. As CWF's senior operational leader for information management and technology, the Director provides leadership to staff and external service providers while ensuring technology services are secure, reliable, responsive, and aligned with organizational needs. The role champions continuous improvement, manages technology risks, and fosters a service-oriented culture that equips employees with the information and technology they need to support wildlife conservation and engage Canadians from coast to coast to coast.
