The Director of Incentive Compensation is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation of an IT tool, and administration of enterprise-wide sales compensation and incentive programs. This role will support target setting and ensures alignment between compensation plans and corporate revenue goals, drives sales performance, and maintains operational accuracy, scalability, and compliance. This leader partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to optimize compensation structures that motivate performance while supporting financial objectives.
