About The Position

As the Director, Implementation Excellence, you will design, standardize, and continuously improve our global implementation operating model. In this highly cross-functional leadership role, you will establish the governance, playbooks, and performance frameworks necessary to scale execution, drive operational consistency, and accelerate business growth. You will partner across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Workforce Management to build an efficient, AI-enabled delivery ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, standardizing, and improving global implementation operating models.
• Experience in establishing governance, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
• Experience in partnering across various departments such as Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Workforce Management.
• Experience in building an efficient, AI-enabled delivery ecosystem.
