About The Position
Trios Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee ICU operations, support staff development, and drive quality, accountability, and compassionate patient care. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about operational excellence and evidence-based practice. The Director, ICU leads departmental operations to support organizational goals, including patient care delivery, staffing, budget oversight, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, performance, and operational goals in a dynamic environment.
- BLS and ACLS required.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
