Director, Human Resources
About The Position
The SVP, Director Human Resources works as a strategic partner to own and drive both enterprise-wide and department specific HR deliverables. From an enterprise perspective, this role owns annual HR initiatives, culture programs, development programs and Learning and Development. From a business line perspective, this role delivers day to day HR strategy and support for corporate departments and leaders. Reporting to the CHRO, the Director, Human Resources, partners closely with the HR Shared Services team and other Directors. This position manages a team of HR and L&D professionals.
