About The Position

The Director of Human Resources will partner with the leaders of the commercial side of the business (sales, marketing, etc.) to drive growth through the alignment of "people programs" to business priorities. This role requires understanding how the business operates to implement effective people programs. The position involves leading talent planning with a focus on improved succession readiness, driving and communicating change, and ensuring compensation programs incentivize profitable growth. This role includes managing a direct report and potentially others, with a need for flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, a problem-solver, thinks like a businessperson, is passionate about leading change, a self-starter, and possesses strong influencing skills.
