As a part of Cumming Group’s U.S. Human Resources Business Partner team, the Director of HR will lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Administrator in providing strategic HR support to the businesses located across 20+ office locations across the West region. The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives within a designated region. This role is integral to the success of the organization, serving as a strategic partner to regional leadership and an advocate for team members within the region. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, regional labor laws, and business acumen to effectively support the company’s goals and objectives.
