About The Position

Estimated salary range for this position is $137846.35 - $179200.26 / year depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in HR or business partnership is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills are essential.
  • Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and influence senior leadership.
  • 6 Years minimum required experience.

Nice To Haves

  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or HRCI Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or Professional in HR (PHR) certification preferred.
