As a Director and HR Business Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll be a key strategic partner helping advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership and support to the CMD Division's Global R&D and Operations organizations. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance, foster innovation, and support organizational growth. How you will make an impact: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs Drive organizational design and transformation efforts to align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the CMD Division Partner with senior leadership to identify and address critical people-related challenges and opportunities Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational culture Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth Ensure compliance with global HR policies, practices, and employment laws What you will do: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters Develop and implement talent strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs Design and implement leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders Drive organizational transformation efforts, including restructuring and change management initiatives Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct high-level investigations when necessary Oversee performance management processes and drive a culture of continuous feedback and development Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to develop competitive total rewards strategies Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the CMD Division
