About The Position

The Director, HR for Finance, is responsible for end-to-end HR support including compensation, recruitment, talent development, and organizational design initiatives for your business partners. You will provide coaching and support to mid and L2/L3 level leaders to improve their people leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and Finance function specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, talent development, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts. You will support multiple groups across the Finance function and you will have the unique opportunity to support leaders, build relationships, and learn more about the critical work this function provides to the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR or related experience
  • Strong experience designing and leading organizational change efforts
  • Ability to provide direct feedback and coaching in a way that can be heard and acted upon by the receiver
  • Ability to actively listen to the needs and concerns of business leaders and functional partners and develop strategic recommendations/solutions in an often-ambiguous environment
  • Proactive problem solver with demonstrated independence, autonomy, and accountability when executing work
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis tools, and can tell a story using data
  • Ability to consider multiple inputs, make informed recommendations, and influence key stakeholders appropriately
