The Director of Human Resources – Retail (Stores & Upper Field Support) serves as a strategic business partner to retail leadership, driving people strategies that support store performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth across a multi-country footprint. This role reports to the VP, HR & Talent Management and is based in the corporate office in Secaucus, NJ. The Director works closely with the GVP, Head of Stores, and Store Operations team to align HR strategies with business priorities and operational execution. The role leads and develops a team of HR Business Partners supporting stores across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring a consistent and high-impact HR approach across all regions. This leader oversees talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior field leaders to enhance operational effectiveness and the employee experience.
