SHI is seeking a Program Director to lead the IT side of our HRIS program, accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and for seamless partnership with HR leadership. This role orchestrates cross-functional IT workstreams (platform, integrations, data, reporting, security), governs scope, schedule, financials, and risk, and enables decision-making across SteerCo, Program Leadership, and HR stakeholder groups. The program’s scope includes Workday Core HCM and prioritized modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Learning, and related integrations as defined in our HRIS selection and roadmap materials.
