About The Position

Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Director HR at our Charlotte, NC location to drive organizational success, help shape the company’s strategic direction and ensure its long-term growth and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Five (5) years involving Project Management, including managing large-scale, complex projects and delivering results within specified parameters.
  • Five (5) years involving Data Analysis and Interpretation.
  • Five (5) years involving Innovating solutions to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Three (3) years involving Change Management.
  • Three (3) years involving Digital transformation.
  • Three (3) years involving Translating and understanding customer needs through insights into win-win opportunities.
  • Three (3) years involving Leading a team in the strategic execution of organizational changes.
  • Three (3) years involving Maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the standardization of repositioning strategy, planning and execution across all Honeywell SBG’s.
  • Review current process and structure, creating standard work to then implement across all SBG’s focused on improved speed and efficiency.
  • Update training materials and standard work to support Honeywell repositioning.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to guide initiatives and company trajectory.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across various locations, cultures, and markets.
  • Serve as an agent of positive change, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Positively impact the lives of the organization’s employees and stakeholders.
  • Provide direct support in the strategy and execution around six key initiatives: Continuous focus on standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing all phases of repositioning process; Managing Large Scale SBG Transformations: (Site openings, closings, workforce planning, M&A); Working with SBG/Region HR to plan and execute projects from beginning to end; Improving and updating training materials in Honeywell Accelerator in all aspects of repo; Maintaining specific training/lesson’s learned ex-site closure versus OEF project; and Enhancing and improving current capability of the Repo Operating System (HRP).
  • Steer Honeywell transformational initiatives with a strong focus of ensuring our processes are standardized globally.
