Position Summary As Director, HR Operations for the Laboratory Chemicals Division, you will serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness and build a high-performing culture. Working within a complex, global matrix organization, you will partner with leaders to shape and execute strategies across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, engagement and retention. You will play a key role in organizational transformation and change while building effective teams aligned with our 4i Values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement. You will also lead critical HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and total rewards. Using strong business acumen, workforce analytics and data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance the employee experience and deliver sustainable business results.

Requirements

• Advanced degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR business partner supporting senior and executive leadership.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, change management and talent initiatives.
• Labor relations experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people solutions.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing talent management, succession and leadership development strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results across global, cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
• Strong coaching and consultation skills with experience advising leaders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to use workforce insights to inform decisions.
• Experience with HR technology, analytics and process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures and perspectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
