Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple functional disciplines.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience supporting global organizations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and Human Resources best practices.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience working within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively coach leaders, provide constructive feedback, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

  • Master's degree preferred and/or Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive and business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership across the Human Resources function, establishing priorities and direction across assigned regions, functions, or business units.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational design, performance management, leadership effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning programs to strengthen organizational capability and build leadership pipelines.
  • Develop and implement Human Resources programs, policies, and best practices that support strategic priorities and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies across areas of responsibility.
  • Lead and support Human Resources projects and initiatives representing both business and employee needs.
  • Partner in key hiring, promotion, and employee relations decisions to drive strong business outcomes and employee experiences.
  • Participate in leadership planning activities to ensure the organization has the talent, structure, and culture needed to achieve operational goals.
  • Proactively identify organizational, workforce, and cultural risks and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Drive organization development, leadership development, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead or support Center of Excellence activities, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and related programs as applicable.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and manage Human Resources team members, including hiring, performance management, employee development, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze Human Resources metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement retention strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Continuously improve goal setting, performance management, and learning and development programs.
