Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Minimum 9 years of experience of demonstrated business-facing HR experience, specialty areas or similar role.
  • 2–3 years of people management experience leading teams
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
  • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth.
  • Experience supporting enabling functions and/or corporate HR.
  • Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards.
  • Proven experience setting and leading complex organizational effectiveness and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience setting and leading organizational efficiency, team effectiveness and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, employee engagement, etc.).
  • Own the strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives and apply diagnosis skills and core metrics to guide COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions.
  • Oversee and manage the state of the bench, succession, career planning, and functional excellence, while also sharing business inputs with COEs and Employee Services, enabling them to create business focused solutions.
