Director - Housing & Hospitality
About The Position
This position is responsible for managing the student housing program and housing facilities consisting of apartments and dormitory rooms for 205 students. The Director ensures a high level of safety and supervision through adherence to housing policies and directives for all tenants and visitors. The hospitality responsibilities include oversight and management of the Tiger Den Cafe, Grand Grounds Coffee Bar, and Tiger Dental Cafe. The Director ensures all food and beverage offerings meet customer expectations for nutritional, quality, value, and safety standards. This position supervises a staff of 21 with an annual budget of $2.5M.
