About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our Lemoyne, PA Assistive Care – State Programs office as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is ready to take ownership of an office, develop a high-performing team, grow the business, and make a meaningful impact in the community. As Director, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your leadership, entrepreneurial, relationship-building, and business development skills while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of healthcare supervisory or management experience; home care management strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills
- Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and fiscal management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to network within the community and represent BAYADA with external organizations and agencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to identify opportunities and create results
- Ambition to continue growing as a healthcare leader
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the office
- Lead budgeting, fiscal management, recruiting, marketing, and business development efforts
- Build and execute a strategic recruitment plan to attract and retain top talent
- Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
- Ensure staff receive appropriate education, training, coaching, and performance support
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, community organizations, and state agencies
- Monitor industry and community trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations
- Create a culture focused on exceptional client care, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a talented team and build a strong culture of engagement and accountability
- Drive growth through recruiting, business development, community relationships, and referral partnerships
- Own the business through budgeting, fiscal management, and performance monitoring
- Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Shape the future of the office by identifying opportunities, responding to community needs, and staying ahead of industry trends
- Represent BAYADA in the community and attend advocacy events at the state capital
