About The Position

As the Director, Head of AI, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-enabled investing. Partnering with key teams, you will define the AI strategy, build scalable capabilities, and enhance investment decision-making. Requirements

Senior leadership experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
Strong understanding of investment workflows, portfolio management, and product development.
Deep knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI, data platforms, and enterprise AI architecture.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset, with a focus on data ethics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships across teams.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees preferred.
A passion for innovation and a track record of successful AI implementations.

Prior experience in Asset Management, Investments, or financial services is preferred.
