Bristol Myers Squibb is building a leading Neuroscience franchise focused on addressing areas of significant unmet need across serious neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases. The Director, HCP Marketing, Medical Education, & KOL Strategy, Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis (ADP) will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. KOL engagement strategy, medical education programming, peer-to-peer promotional activities, and congress commercial strategy for the anticipated launch of ADP, a potential first-in-class, first-approved treatment for AD psychosis and BMS's inaugural commercial entry into Alzheimer's disease. This role is responsible for how BMS's pre- and post-launch disease and product education reaches external stakeholders: through the right thought leaders, at the right scientific forums, and via professionally executed promotional and educational programs that drive meaningful shifts in HCP understanding and behavior. The Director will build and manage the relationships, programs, and systems that allow BMS to show up credibly, compliantly, and consistently at the intersection of commercial education and medical influence across a complex, multi-specialty ADP HCP landscape. In partnership with Medical and the Regional Marketing Team, this role will be critical in identifying and activating KOLs, owning the annual congress strategy and execution, developing and managing peer-to-peer and speaker bureau programs, and building the operational infrastructure for KOL engagement across psychiatry, neurology, geriatrics, geriatric psychiatry, primary care, and LTC settings. The Director must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality of deliverables, and bring a bias for action, strong execution discipline, and a compliance-first mindset to all programs. The ability to establish strong partnerships with Medical Affairs (particularly MSLs and Home Office Medical), Commercial colleagues, Congress Management team, and external agencies is essential. This role will support the investigational indication (Alzheimer's Disease Psychosis – ADP), which is currently under development and has not yet been approved by the FDA.
