Working within Guest Marketing Strategy, you will serve as a brand builder, business driver, and connector across the enterprise. You’ll lead the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies that drive demand for the business, strengthen guest relevance, and build brand equity. You will partner across marketing, digital, loyalty, Roundel, merchandising, and enterprise teams to bring strategic objectives to life across the marketing and digital guest experience. Your commitment to collaboration will rally internal and external partners around a unified strategy and shared outcomes. As Director, Guest Marketing Strategy – Baby, you will lead the Baby Marketing strategy and idea- led planning for the guest experience, leveraging strong team leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to build the brand and grow the business. You’ll deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies, as well as monthly and weekly plans and investments, that align guest, business, and brand outcomes. Lead strategies that drive brand and business growth, stewarding ideas from concept to market through clear, compelling storytelling and cross-functional influence. Lead Marketing & Digital and Merchant roundtables as a platform to shape, align and advance the work – ensuring strategies and campaigns are understood, embraced and executed with excellence. Study and synthesize guest, business, competitive, industry, and cultural insights with a future orientation. Build strong partnerships across Marketing & Digital, Loyalty, Roundel, Pricing, Merchandising, and Finance. Collaborate with external brand partners to develop joint marketing strategies and plans that enhance consumer relevance and drive mutual business results. Anticipate risks and opportunities, ensuring senior leader alignment on priorities and deliverables. Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing, highly engaged team through coaching and feedback. Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of related work experience; retail experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of Baby industry experience.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy development.
  • Curious, analytical, and insight-driven problem solver.
  • Skilled communicator, facilitator, and horizontal leader.
  • Able to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Thrives in a rapidly changing work and industry environment.
  • Effectively manages complex, competing priorities and uncertainty effectively
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proven team leadership skills; ability to build culture, coach, and lead teams.
