You will partner across marketing, digital, loyalty, Roundel, merchandising, and enterprise teams to bring strategic objectives to life across the marketing and digital guest experience. Your commitment to collaboration will rally internal and external partners around a unified strategy and shared outcomes. As Director, Guest Marketing Strategy – Toys & Electronics, you will lead the Toys & Electronics Marketing strategy and idea- led planning for the guest experience, leveraging strong team leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to build the brand and grow the business. You’ll deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies, as well as monthly and weekly plans and investments, that align guest, business, and brand outcomes.
