About The Position

RealtyAds is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Growth to lead new business development efforts and directly impact the company’s revenue growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing deals while mentoring junior team members on Sales best practices. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in full-cycle sales, a deep understanding of the commercial real estate (CRE) landscape, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales with a track record of quota attainment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and familiarity with prop-tech solutions is desirable, experience selling to Asset Managers and Brokers is highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and familiarity with prop-tech solutions is desirable, experience selling to Asset Managers and Brokers is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle -from prospecting and outreach to demos, follow-ups, and contract execution -to drive new business growth
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that clearly articulate value based on client goals, pain points, and market conditions
  • Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms to uncover new revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Train and mentor junior Sales members on best practices and objection handling
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and internal systems to manage outreach activity, track deal-cycle progression, and optimize prospecting strategies
