Within the Leidos Defense Sector, the Airborne & Mission Solutions Business Area delivers integrated, mission-ready solutions that enhance military intelligence operations and accelerate decision advantage for the warfighter. We achieve this through advanced platform and systems integration, rapid systems modernization, repeatable mission software offerings, intelligence and data rationalization and tech enabled logistics. The Airborne & Mission Solutions Business Area is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to provide leadership for Business Development and Strategy efforts with a focus on a Modular Open Systems Approach to integration of Next Generation mission systems into both legacy aircraft and next generation platforms. This role supports a large, complex portfolio with a multi-billion-dollar pipeline (>$16B) and significant annual revenue and P&L responsibility. Primary customers include the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Space Force and the Geographic Combatant Commands as well as commercial aviation customers. In this role, you will be accountable for growth performance, including awards, pipeline development, customer engagement, strategy execution, and management of new business investments. You will lead a team of business development professionals and serve as a key member of the A&MS Growth Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Business area line and functional leadership to drive sustained growth.
