About The Position

Carbliss is a brand of SNFood & Beverage, a family-owned and operated Ready to Drink Cocktail company that values quality, excellence, and innovation. We seek exceptional individuals who are motivated to learn and grow throughout their careers. An entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability are essential for success in our dynamic environment, from distribution and marketing to sales and service. As the Director, Grocery Channel at Carbliss, you will be instrumental in driving the growth, distribution, and successful execution of Carbliss Premium Spirits Cocktails within the Grocery channel. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with key retail accounts and distributor partners to ensure our brands achieve optimal positioning across National, Regional, and Local Grocery Chains. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all Carbliss SKUs in assigned Key Accounts and geographies, ensuring adherence to standards for distribution, pricing, promotions, displays, and merchandising. A key aspect of this role is developing direct business relationships with top retail chains while collaborating closely with distributor Key Account teams and sales personnel to expand Carbliss's presence in the Grocery channel. Ensuring that Carbliss marketing updates, programs, and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the assigned geography is essential. You will analyze depletion trends, syndicated data, distribution, and sales performance to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and market gaps. Partnering with distributor Key Account and inventory teams to devise growth strategies, set volume and execution goals, manage wholesaler inventory, oversee forecasts, and identify potential out-of-stock situations will be a core responsibility. Evaluating new business opportunities by assessing volume projections, promotional activities, pricing, margins, and the necessary resources for sustained growth is also expected. You will provide monthly updates on account and channel performance to key Carbliss personnel and distributor partners, along with detailed sales, distribution, budgeting, and syndicated data analysis as required. Collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Key Accounts, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance, is crucial to support business objectives and drive growth in the Grocery channel.
