The Director, Government Pricing & Compliance leads a high-performing team responsible for the calculation, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. government pricing programs, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations. This role will oversee and manage all proposed policy rules coming from the government regarding lower drug pricing proposals, including but not limited to, the recent CMMI demonstration projects and related Most Favored Nation (MFN) proposals. This will include a leadership role within the global organization to guide on deliverables and interpretations of US government pricing policy, nuances, deliverables, etc. This role is integral to the Value & Access organization, overseeing government pricing and reporting, government program administration, compliance with all government program requirements and reporting. The Director serves as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership, Legal, Finance, Market Access, and Commercial teams, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation in government programs and pricing. This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
